Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced pay and reward consultant to join our client based in Bristol on a permanent basis.
The ideal Pay and Reward Consultant will contribute to achieving the objectives of the HR and Organisational Development function by providing specialist input and advice on pay reward policies and practices and provide expertise on job evaluation.
- Reviewing and developing HR policies to ensure clarity, fairness and compliance with employment legislation
- Supporting organisational projects requiring HR or policy expertise, particularly those shaping workforce culture
- Acting as a key HR link with managers and colleagues to promote consistent and fair people practices
- Contributing to learning resources and training that enhance people‑management capability
- Using role and workforce data to inform pay, grading and organisational decisions
Experience of working in a similar role within Local Government is required. The candidate must be able to prioritise their workload and be efficient and effective to meet unpredictable deadlines and deal with conflicting demands, whilst working in a high-pressured environment.
