Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Change Lead to join our client based in Brighton. The role is offered as a Permanent contract working on a hybrid working basis.
The ideal Business Change Lead will establish and provide a partnering consultancy lead service and approach change management that supports leaders to fully engage and enable the organisation to deliver lasting sustainable outcomes and long-term value.
The duties of the Business Change Lead include:
- Lead the people side of complex business change programmes, ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working, systems, processes and organisational structures.
- Design and deliver change management strategies and plans that maximise engagement, readiness and long-term adoption of change.
- Partner with senior leaders, programme teams and key stakeholders to embed effective change practices across the organisation.
- Provide expert coaching, guidance and support to leaders and managers, helping them successfully lead teams through change.
- Identify and manage change impacts, risks and resistance, implementing appropriate interventions to improve outcomes and minimise disruption.
- Work closely with project and programme teams to integrate change management activities into delivery plans and business objectives.
- Develop stakeholder engagement, communication and readiness plans to support successful implementation and benefit realisation.
- Monitor and evaluate change effectiveness through agreed measures, reporting progress, risks and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of enterprise-wide change frameworks, tools, guidance and best practice standards.
- Support the growth of organisational change capability by building networks, communities of practice and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
The Business Change Lead will ideally have:
- Proven experience leading complex organisational change and transformation programmes.
- Ability to develop and implement change strategies that drive engagement, adoption and sustainable outcomes.
- Ability to analyse information, solve complex problems and make sound decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and levels.
- Skilled in managing change impacts, resistance, risks and organisational readiness.
- Strong change management expertise, with knowledge of recognised methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or APMG.
- Experience within a regulated environment would be beneficial.
