About the Role:
Sellick Partnership is looking for a Prosecutions Lawyer to join a friendly and well-established local authority on a locum basis.
Key Responsibilities include dealing with criminal prosecutions matters such as:
- Taxi licensing appeals
- Fly tipping
- Fraud
- Abatement notices
- Planning enforcement
- School non-attendance
This role would be best suited to a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with previous experience working in local government in Litigation.
Court attendance is required.
