My client, a highly regarded Top 200 national law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing corporate team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate solicitor to develop their career within a firm known for high-quality work, strong national presence, and a supportive, forward-thinking culture.
You will advise a broad range of clients, including SMEs, owner‑managed businesses, and growing companies, on a wide variety of corporate matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions (share and asset sales and purchases)
- Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
- Shareholder agreements and investment documentation
- Joint ventures and commercial collaborations
- Private equity and growth capital transactions
- General corporate and company law advice
You will work closely with experienced partners, benefit from early client exposure, and play an active role in business development and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- 2-5 years' PQE in corporate law
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Commercial awareness and a client‑focused approach
