Key responsibilities of the Clinical Negligence Solicitor will include:

Managing a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters

Assisting with complex and high-value claims from inception through to conclusion

Delivering exceptional client care throughout the claims process

Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Clinical Negligence team

Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships

Supporting business development activities where appropriate
Required experience/qualifications of the Clinical Negligence Solicitor position will include:

Qualified Solicitor with experience in claimant Clinical Negligence

Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of clinical negligence matters

Excellent communication and client care skills

Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
