About the Childcare Lawyer Role:
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a locum Childcare Lawyer on a full-time basis, to join a supportive local authority based in the East of England. The role will be for an initial 3-month period with a strong possibility of this being extended.
Key Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer role:
- To carry a caseload of complex childcare matters
- To attend court and advocate on behalf of the council
- To act as a Legal Advisor
- To provide legal advice and support services to clients
The role involves hybrid working as court attendance in person is required. It is essential that you have a background in working in the public sector or local government. We would be looking for a solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive for this role.
