Customer Complaints Officer Weston-Super-Mare (Hybrid Working Available) £33,163 per annum 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Fixed-Term Contract until February 2027 We're looking for an experienced Customer Complaints Officer to join a housing organisation.

You will investigate complaints, work with colleagues to resolve issues, identify improvements, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the complaints process.
