Responsibilities
- Managing and assisting on a broad range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Working closely with a Partner on complex estate planning, trusts, succession planning and inheritance tax matters for high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Delivering high-quality, tailored advice while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the wider business to provide a seamless service on multi-disciplinary matters.
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the Sheffield Private Client team.
Qualifications
- Between 1 and 6 years' PQE with experience handling a broad range of Private Client matters.
- Strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A genuine interest in developing their expertise in high-value and technically complex Private Client work.
- Excellent communication and client care skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- STEP qualification, or an interest in working towards it, would be advantageous but it is not essential.
