An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Family Lawyer to join a leading Top 40 UK law firm with a highly respected and growing Family team. The firm is recognised for its entrepreneurial approach, strong market presence, and exceptional client service, acting for a broad range of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals across the UK and internationally.

Applications are welcomed from experienced Senior Associates, Legal Directors, and Partners, with the role and package tailored to the successful candidate's experience, expertise, and business case.

The Opportunity

Joining a successful and well-established team, you will advise clients on a wide range of complex and high-value family matters, working alongside recognised specialists in the field. This role offers genuine scope to influence the direction of the practice and contribute to its continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on complex divorce and separation matters
  • Handling high-value financial remedy cases
  • Managing private children law matters
  • Supporting HNW and UHNW clients, including those with international and multi-jurisdictional interests
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Contributing to business development and networking initiatives
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Playing a key role in the ongoing growth and success of the Family practice

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with significant Family Law experience
  • Currently operating at Senior Associate, Legal Director, or Partner level, or ready to make the next step in your career
  • Strong technical expertise across all aspects of Family Law
  • Experience advising HNW and UHNW clients on complex matters
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
  • A following is advantageous but not essential
