Assistant Independent Living Partner
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
Hourly Rate: £14.64 (PAYE)
Contract: Temporary ongoing – minimum 3 months
Hours: 20 hours per week, including one weekend in four (negotiable days)
- Monday: 8:00 – 13:00
- Wednesday: 8:00 – 16:00
- Friday: 8:00 – 16:00
Sellick Partnership Ltd is supporting a housing association in recruiting an Assistant Independent Living Partner. The role involves being the first point of contact for tenancy, leasehold, and scheme management within Independent Living Schemes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with customer viewings, contribute to void management, complete allocations, and support anti-social behaviour management according to policies.
- Help customers maintain their tenancies and independence by providing advice and early intervention when needed.
- Ensure alarm systems are operational, respond to alarm calls and emergencies, and follow up as necessary.
Essential Criteria
- Up-to-date Enhanced DBS
- Experience in risk assessments
- Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
