Asset Sales and Disposals Manager Permanent Approx £50k salary Sellick partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of an Asset Sales and Disposals Manager to deliver the highest possible standard of service in the delivery of all existing asset disposals and statutory sales including right to buy and right to acquire, right to shared ownership. The Asset Sales and Disposals Manager will be responsible for the staircasing and re-sale of shared ownership properties. Duties of the Asset Sales and Disposals Manager: Contribute to the success of the Asset and Regeneration team through the delivery of disposals and lease extension and enfranchisement services. Collaborate with, and support others in the team, creating a team environment that enables everyone to perform at their best Act as a role model for the Group\’s values and culture. Embed structural and cultural business change and service improvement, through collaboration and implementation of service strategies and plans. Lead on the delivery of the asset disposals and sales service, ensuring strategic oversight and high-quality service delivery to tenants, leaseholders and purchasers. Ensure the service is delivered in line with current legislation, regulatory guidance, and internal policies and procedures. Ensure you have current knowledge of existing and proposed changes to laws or regulations, whilst also ensuring that the Team remain compliant, minimising risk to the organisation and maximising value for money. Develop and maintain expert information and advice to residents, surveyors and solicitors, local authorities, auditors and other relevant agencies and team members, managing relationships with internal and external consultants.
