An established law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Paralegal to support its Property team. This role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial real estate matters, working alongside experienced lawyers and supporting clients across a variety of sectors. It is a good opportunity for someone seeking to build practical experience within a commercial property practice.
The Role
- Duties will include:
- Assisting with commercial property transactions from initial instruction through to completion
- Supporting on matters including sales, purchases, leases and property finance
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
- Carrying out property searches, title checks and due diligence
- Managing files and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with clients and third parties as required
- Providing general support to the wider Property team
The Candidate
- You will ideally have:
