Sellick Partnership is looking for an Information Governance Specialist to join a local government team on a hybrid or remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and respectable in-house legal team.
Key Responsibilities of an Information Governance Specialist:
- Helping to manage the information governance team
- Dealing with a range of policies, systems, and processes
- Advise and provide instruction in relation to Data Protection Impact Assessments
- Investigate data breach incidents, and reporting to the ICO where necessary
Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Information Governance Manager:
- Looking for someone with significant PQE within information governance who has operated at a strategic level
- Previous experience managing a team of information governance officers
- Previous experience working in the public sector would be desirable
- Monthly attendance is desirable
