An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Adult Social Care Solicitor to join a large and well respected public sector organisation in the West Midlands. This can be offered on a remote basis and is expected to be for an initial 3-6 months, with a possibility of extension.

The successful Adult Social Care Solicitor will be required to take on a varied caseload including, but not limited to:

  • Court of Protection applications
  • Deprivation of liberty
  • Providing general legal advice in relation to adult social care and mental health
