Adult Social Care Lawyer Permanent Position Hybrid Working £39,000 – £49,000 DOE Sellick Partnership are absolutely delighted to be assisting a number of authorities in the Yorkshire region with permanent recruitment into their adult social care legal team. Responsibilities of the Adult Social Care Lawyer: Making applications to the Court of Protection and High Court, e.g. COP applications Deprivation of Liberty cases Providing detailed advice on the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Health and Social Care Act 2008, Mental Health Act 1983 and associated Regulations and Statutory Guidance. Ordinary residence advice Experience required for the Adult Social Care Lawyer: Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive.
