Overview

Sellick Partnership are currently partnered with a leading General Insurer as they recruit a new Actuarial Modelling Manager to work across their Personal Lines of business.

This role, sat within a dynamic Pricing Function, will see the Actuarial Modelling Manager leading a small team of Analysts and, overseeing model builds and implementing Data Science techniques. The Actuarial Modelling Manager will also partner closely with the Pricing Senior Leadership Team to help set the strategic direction of the Pricing function.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of Analysts within the Pricing Function and oversee model builds
  • Implement Data Science techniques
  • Partner with the Pricing Senior Leadership Team to help set the strategic direction of the Pricing function

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills with experience of tools such as Emblem and Python
  • Experience in building GLMs and GBMs
