The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, providing strategic and commercially focused advice to clients across a range of sectors. Typical matters may include:
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Debt recovery and enforcement matters
- Property-related disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Commercial and business disputes
- Contentious insolvency matters
- General civil and commercial litigation
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from instruction through to resolution
- Delivering practical and commercially focused legal advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing client expectations regarding progress, costs and outcomes
- Ensuring matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with firm procedures
- Maintaining accurate time recording and billing practices
- Supporting business development and networking activities
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm

About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Litigation Fee Earner
- Experience handling commercial litigation matters
