Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a top tier Legal 500 firm based in Reading who pride themselves on City quality work outside London. Due to a period of growth, they are looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join their exceptional lawyers working on a wide range of property transactions but with a focus on agricultural/rural work. The firm will consider those 2 to 4 years PQE.
The role will involve dealing with rural land including:
- Sales and acquisitions of agricultural land and buildings
- Drafting overage provisions
- Farm-related tenancy issues including succession rights and surrenders
- Wayleaves and easements
- Property development/investment work
- Renewable energy projects
