Corporate Associate London Full time, permanent Starting salary £100,000 A top tier legal 500 London law firm is looking to add a Corporate Associate to their team on a full time basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate governance. Key Responsibilities: Fee earning, business development and marketing. Advising clients on complex corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity deals, and reorganizations. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents, such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and investment agreements. Providing strategic advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. Managing multiple projects and clients, ensuring high-quality, timely service delivery. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives. Collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions.
