Our client, a Local Authority based in Essex is seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Lawyer to join their Legal Services team on an ongoing locum basis. Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to undertake this role on a hybrid working basis, with at least fortnightly office attendance, and court attendance as required. Part-time or full-time working hours will be considered.
Responsibilities of the Housing Disrepair Lawyer:
- Manage a caseload of housing litigation matters, with a particular focus on disrepair cases, dealing with cases from pre-litigation through to conclusion of litigation.
Experience required for the Housing Disrepair Lawyer:
- Prior experience within housing disrepair law.
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or equivalent.
