Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer:
- Handling a large caseload of high-value commercial contracts
- Dealing with procurement matters
- Occasionally handling NEC/JCTs
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer:
- Previous experience handling a caseload of high value commercial contracts
- Previous experience working in the public sector
- Must be a qualified solicitor
