Sellick Partnership is delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Property Lawyer to join a well-known London Borough Council on a locum basis. The successful Property Lawyer will provide legal advice across a range of commercial and residential property law matters including lease extensions, lease renewals, freehold purchases, purchase buybacks, deed of variations and more.

The client is seeking a qualified Solicitor with extensive, varied experience in Property Law whether that be from a local authority or private practice.
