Sellick Partnership are proud to be recruiting for a Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a well-respected local authority in the North West on a locum basis for a 3-6 month initial period. This role is to support the Head of Law with day-to-day management of the Commercial team.
Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer include but are not limited to:
- Managing a caseload of commercial contract matters
- Management of the team when the Head of Law is unavailable
- Drafting contracts such as ICT systems contracts, frameworks, social care contracts, grant funding etc.
- Advising on land use and premises agreements as well as procurement law
The successful Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer will ideally be able to undertake this role on a full-time basis; however, candidates seeking a part-time working pattern will be considered.
