About the Head of Legal position:
Our client, a Unitary authority in the Yorkshire is seeking a Head of Legal and Deputy Monitoring Officer on an interim basis, the role is for 3 months initially but with a strong liklihood to go on for longer.

This position is to start as soon as possible, and the successful Head of Legal will ideally be available to be in the office each week. The successful candidate needs to have previous experience of being a Head of Legal and DMO.
Responsibilities of the Head of Legal will include:

• The successful Head of Legal will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Legal Services team, which includes over 30 members of staff
