Prosecution Lawyer
3-6 months with potential extension
£55-60 per hour umbrella (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Locum Prosecution Lawyer to join a well-regarded local authority in the southwest region. The caseload will include:

  • Trading standards
  • Unfair trading
  • IP
  • Trademark litigation
  • Fraud
  • Money laundering

This role can offer remote working but also requires regular court attendance within the Berkshire region.
