Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a Local Authority in Hertfordshire who are seeking a Property Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join their Legal Services team.
The responsibilities for the Property Paralegal role include:
- Conduct of property transactions to ensure that the best use is made of the Council's property assets
- Commercial and residential conveyancing work
- Right to Buy
This job may be suitable for occasional home working, with office attendance required approx. once a month.
The ideal candidate for the paralegal role will have some previous experience in property and or conveyancing matters within a local authority.
