Planning Paralegal

Hertfordshire

£20‑25 per hour umbrella

Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a Local Authority in Hertfordshire who are seeking a Planning Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join their Legal Services team.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties such as bundling
  • Letters before action
  • Preparation of applications for gas injunction to court
  • Post issue of Injunction Application
  • Unauthorised encampments
  • Pre‑action protocol

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the planning paralegal role will have some previous experience in either planning or working within another local authority.
