Planning Lawyer Long Term Contract £45-65 per hour DOE Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Planning Lawyer to join a local authority based in the East Midlands. Our client is offering a competitive hourly rate and the need to cover committee work once every 6 weeks. The rest of the role can be worked remotely. The successful Planning Lawyer will take on a varied planning law caseload, including, but not limited to: Section 106 agreements Highways agreements, including s and s Public rights of way Planning enforcements Planning Committees The Planning Lawyer role is to begin in February for an initial period of 3 months, although it is likely that the assignment will become more long-term.
