About the Role:

  • Managing a caseload of a range of ASC matters
  • To advise on sensitive ASC matters
  • Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)
  • Court of Protection (COP)

Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:

  • Previous experience working in Adult Social Care
  • Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
