Sellick Partnership are recruiting a locum lawyer to support education prosecutions for a public sector client in the northeast of England. This flexible role can be part-time or full-time (2-5 days a week) and is predominantly remote, with court attendance in Newcastle required 1-2 times per month.
The successful candidate will review and sign off on school non-attendance cases, including Fixed Penalty Notices, parenting orders and Education/School Attendance Orders.
