Job Description Locum Contracts Lawyer /n East of England /n Β£55 - Β£65 per hour DOE /n Full-time /n Remote Working /n /n A highly reputable public sector Local Authority in the East of England is seeking a Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join their friendly team for an initial 3 - 6 month period with the possibility of extension. /n This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer to add more variation to their weekly caseload, joining a friendly and supportive team on a full-time remote basis. /n Responsibilities for the Contracts Lawyer will include, but are not limited to: /n /n - Routine and complex contract and procurement matters /n - Preparing, negotiating, and advising on all aspects relating to legal projects /n - Advising and negotiating Contractual agreements /n /n Public sector experience is preferable; however, our client is willing to consider Contracts Lawyers from other backgrounds with transferable skills. /n We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for shortlisting.
