Our client, a Local Authority based in the East of England is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their Legal Services team on a locum basis, to assist with a range of civil and criminal litigation matters.
Whilst full-time hours would be preferred, a part-time working pattern could be considered. This position can be based predominantly remotely, however court attendance will be required on occasion.
Responsibilities of the Litigation Lawyer:- Undertake a range of civil litigation matters, to include housing litigation
- Undertake a range of criminal litigation matters
- Attend court hearings, as required (anticipated monthly)
