Locum Childcare Lawyer\n12 month contract\n£55-60/hr (umbrella)\n\nAbout the Role:\nSellick Partnership is looking for a Locum Childcare Lawyer to join a friendly local authority legal team on a hybrid basis for court attendance.\n\nKey Responsibilities of a Childcare Lawyer:\nTo advise upon and conduct proceedings relating to the protection and care of childrenTo competently carry a caseload of public childcare mattersTo advocate in courts when needed\nDesirable Skills and Requirements of a Childcare Lawyer:\nPrevious experience working in the public sector/local authoritiesPrevious experience handling childcare cases\nAs this role is not to start for a few months, this is an excellent opportunity for any permanent candidates who are keen to get into the locum market.\n\nIf you would like to have a confidential chat about this role then please contact Nina d'Entrecasteaux in our Manchester office.\n\n
