Sellick Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a public sector organisation with the recruitment of a Residential Property Lawyer on a permanent, full-time basis. This opportunity would suit a Lawyer with experience in residential property matters, including social housing and shared ownership. This opportunity can be undertaken on a hybrid or remote working basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on a range of property law matters, including social housing and shared ownership
- Sales and acquisitions
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on documents relating to residential leasehold sales and extensions
- Drafting reports on title of registered and unregistered land
- Managing post-acquisition requirements including registration and SDLT
Required Experience
To be considered for this local authority Property Lawyer position, you will have:
- A qualification as a Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive, with current practising certificate.
- Proven experience in property law, to include social housing and shared ownership
