The predicted salary is between 55 - 62 £ per hour.

Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a Prosecutions and Licensing Solicitor to join a local authority based in East Midlands. The role will be for an initial 3 month period with a strong possibility of this being extended.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of prosecution matters, which may include:
  • Environmental/Waste Prosecutions
  • Licensing, All Premises Liquor Licence Prosecutions
  • Taxi Licence
  • Food Hygiene
  • Undertake advocacy in person once per week in East Midlands.
