A reputable London Borough Council is seeking a Planning Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis.

The successful locum Planning Lawyer will be required to hold a caseload of planning and highways work, including Section 106, Section 278 and planning advice.

The Planning Lawyer locum will be expected to work full-time hours across five days per week, and will ideally be able to attend the office weekly.

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Planning Lawyer who will be able to hit the ground running. Therefore, experience being in a similar role within a local authority is highly advantageous.
