We are recruiting an experienced Locum Property Lawyer to join a well-respected Property Legal Team in a South London Council.
Our client is currently seeking a self-motivated Property Lawyer to join them for a locum contract. There may also be the opportunity to apply for a permanent position.
The successful Property Lawyer will be dealing with a mix of Commercial and Residential property matters including:
- Lease extensions
- Some residential conveyancing
The ideal Property Lawyer will have experience in local authority but candidates from private practice with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
