Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working with a fantastic Council in London to recruit a locum Childcare Lawyer to join their busy team on a locum basis. The assignment will begin on an initial 3 month locum contract with a view for extension.
The successful Childcare Lawyer will be working on a hybrid basis with a requirement to be in the office one day per week. Our client is seeking a capable Childcare Lawyer who can hit the ground running and come on board as soon as possible to assist with a varied childcare caseload. You will be holding a caseload of care proceedings and pre-proceedings (PLO). Please note that advocacy is not required in this role.
The local authority is open to considering applications from Childcare Lawyers from both public and private sector backgrounds as long as relevant public childcare experience is demonstrated. On offer is a competitive hourly rate and flexible working arrangements.
