A London Local Authority is looking to recruit a qualified Commercial Property lawyer to join their welcoming and hard-working team. The locum assignment will begin on a 3-month initial term, with a view to extend beyond this.

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will possess the skills necessary to effectively time manage and maintain an excellent standard of work. Our client is seeking a Property Lawyer with prior experience working for a Local Authority and requires the successful candidate to provide accurate commercial property legal advice to clients.

  • Commercial Landlord and Tenant work
  • Provide efficient advice on various legal matters, such as Local Government issues and a range of freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions
  • Negotiate commercial lease and licensing agreements

The position will be full-time and offers a hybrid working arrangement where only 1 day in the office is required per week, providing great flexibility and work/life balance.
