We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Lawyer to join a well-regarded local authority in the southwest region. The successful candidate will lead on complex housing casework, including disrepair, possession, homelessness, and governance matters, while providing high-quality advice that supports lawful, fair, and timely decision-making across the council.

You will also be required to supervise the team in the absence of the principal lawyer and supervise 1-2 lawyers. This position can offer remote working and flexible working arrangements, although the preference would be for some regular office attendance.
