Hybrid Working

Part Time or Full Time

£50 – £60 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Sellick Partnership are proud to be working with a well-respected local authority client in the North West, who are looking to recruit an experienced planning lawyer to join their team whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

You will be joining an established legal team and work alongside a number of other planning lawyers in the team.

Duties will include:

• Managing a predominately planning law caseload alongside some highways work
• Section 106 agreements
• Planning enforcement\’s
• Certificates of lawfulness
• General advice

Candidates must be able to attend the office twice a week and ideally work full time, but part-time applicants may also be considered.
