Locum Adults Lawyer

£50-60 p/hr

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adults Lawyer to join a reputable, well-respected local authority on a locum basis in the East Midlands. This will be a remote working role, rolling long-term contract.

The duties of the Adults Lawyer will include:

  • Dealing with Deprivation of Liberty cases
  • Advising on Court of Protection matters
  • Ordinary Residence
  • Judicial Review
