Our Local Authority client is seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their team for an initial 3 month locum contract with a view for it to be ongoing.
The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be able to carry a caseload of:
- Deprivation of Liberty Cases
- Judicial Reviews
- Court of Protection Proceedings
- Issues relating to s29 of the Mental Health Act
This London Authority is seeking an Adults Lawyer who can offer the following:
- A current practising certificate (Barrister, Solicitor or CILEx)
- Office attendance is usually 1-2 days per week, as well as court attendance (which would count towards office attendance)
- Full time hours are ideally, but requests for part-time hours will also be considered
This will be a great opportunity for a determined Lawyer to develop their expertise and take on a varied and interesting caseload.
