About the Role:

Sellick Partnership is looking for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a friendly local authority team on a remote working basis with a start date of June/July. This is an exciting opportunity to join our respected and competent team.

Key Responsibilities of an Adult Social Care Lawyer include:

Managing a caseload of a range of ASC matters
To advise on sensitive ASC matters
Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)
Court of Protection (COP)

Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:

Previous experience working in Adult Social Care
Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
