Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting an experienced Legal Officer to assist one of our Local Authority clients who is in need of some interim support.

The role will be to commence in the New Year for an initial 3 month with the possibility of further extension. You will assist the team in property and housing matters. Duties will include:

  • Undertaking Right to Buys
  • Advising and dealing with Leasehold enquiries
  • Dealing with local authority property work
  • Providing advice to Housing issues such as the Building Safety Act

Ideally, the client is looking for office attendance once or twice per week however fully remote working will also be considered.
