Junior Commercial Property Lawyer – London Local Authority – Locum contract 3 months+ – Hybrid – £40 – £45p/h (Umbrella)
A London Local Authority is looking to recruit a qualified Junior Commercial Property lawyer to join their welcoming and hard-working team. The locum assignment will begin on a 3-month initial term, with a view to extend beyond this.
Responsibilities
- Commercial Landlord and Tenant work
- Provide efficient advice on various legal matters, such as Local Government issues and a range of freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions
- Negotiate commercial lease and licensing agreements
