Sellick Partnership is delighted to be supporting an NHS Trust with the fixed-term recruitment of an Inquests Locum to join their team. The successful candidate for the Inquests Paralegal post will be responsible for leading on matters including, but not limited to:
- Leading on clinical negligence claims and inquest claims
- Liaising with panel firms
- Conducting legal research/investigations
- Providing clinical staff with legal support/witness statements
- Updating case management systems
The inquests lawyer post can be worked on a mainly remote basis, but may need to attend on occasions for the inquests/court work. Candidates from a previous NHS, Public Sector or Private Practice background are encouraged to apply.
