Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with an excellent local authority based in Yorkshire who are seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join them on a locum basis, for a period of 3-6 months initially, but expected to be a rolling contract.

This role would be well-suited to part-time hours, such as 3 days per week. However, full-time hours will also be considered.

The successful locum Civil Litigation Lawyer will have experience of handling anti-social behaviour enforcement cases, including possession applications, injunction applications in both County Court and Youth Court and committal applications for injunction breaches.

This is a hybrid role, with court attendance required at the County Court and Youth Court. Ability to attend the Magistrates Court for the occasional Closure Order application would be desirable.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive (CILEx). You will be joining an experienced, friendly and cohesive team and you will receive a competitive market pay rate.
