Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a Local Authority in Hertfordshire who are seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join their Legal Services team.
The responsibilities for the paralegal role include:
- Administrative Duties such as bundling
- Letters before action
- Preparation of applications for gas injunction to court
- Post issue of Injunction Application
- Unauthorised Encampments
- Pre-action Protocol
The ideal candidate for the paralegal role will have some previous experience in either planning or working within another local authority.
