This role sits within a well established team and offers property solicitors with considerable experience and confidence in their chosen area of the law the chance to work as part of a team.

  • Sales and acquisitions
  • \n
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • \n

Regeneration work in connection with the Council's services

  • Development agreements
  • \n
\n\n

Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer:

  • Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
  • \n
  • Previous experience handling a range of commercial property matters
  • \n
  • Previous experience handling a range of regeneration projects
  • \n
\n

This is a hybrid role however remote working candidates will be considered if they have the correct regeneration experience.
